Chocolate Aromatherapy uses USPS Priority Mail for all shipments to all of the continental United States and Priority Mail International for all non-continental states and Canada. At this time we do not offer express or overnight services as it is our feeling that cost for such shipment would be prohibitive. Nor do we offer international shipping (apart from outlined above) for the same reason. If there are demands for such services they will be added in the future.
Our shipping charges will be configured at final checkout. Only shipping will be added to your cart total and you will see charges before final checkout. There are no tax or handling charges. Shipping costs will be determined by purchase total and are as follows:
PRIORITY MAIL - Continental US
$00.01 - 24.99 = 10.00
$25.00 - 49.99 = 15.00
$50.00 - 74.99 = 20.00
$75.00 - 99.99 = 25.00
$100.00 & over = FREE
Our handling time plus shipping time will have your purchase to you in 2 to 6 working days dependent on compexity and size of order, location, and other factors. (See Rush Order below if you need faster delivery.)
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL - non Continental US and Canada
We are sorry but there is no threshold for free shipping.
$00.01 - 24.99 = 18.75
$25.00 - 49.99 = 25.00
$50.00 - 74.99 = 31.25
$75.00 and up = 37.50
We do provide a discount for larger purchases in that there are no additional shipping charges above $37.50. This method is configured to a maximum purchase of $300. If you wish to make a larger purchase you may do so as separate orders or contact us for a special shipping quote.
Our handling time plus shipping time will have your purchase to you in an average of 4 to 10 working days dependent on compexity and size of order, location, and other factors. Unfortunately, several factors combine to make International shipping times impossible to guarantee. (See Rush Order below if you need faster delivery.)
Please Note: If you are located in another country outside of our approved shipping perameters your order will be disallowed. However we are willing to make exceptions. Please contact us for a custom International Shipping quote and we will provide you with a code to over-ride this restriction and/or make other arrangements for your payment to be processed.
HANDLING
All shipments will leave Chocolate Aromatherapy within 72 hours of purchase.
We do not charge additional handling fees for standard shipments to any destination.
TAX
Chocolate Aromatherapy does not charge tax for online purchases. The way the current law reads tax does not have to be charged by the seller for internet purchases for any state except our own, Arizona. Because we do not wish to penalize our closest neighbors and countrymen Chocolate Aromatherapy will pay the tax on purchases made by Arizona residents.
It is not commonly known but most states require the purchaser of online goods to pay tax on internet purchases within their own states. Check with your accountant for clarification.
RUSH ORDER
Rush Order shipments will be processed within 24 hours of purchase and should take 2 days off a delivery time. Rush Order handling charges are $15.00 for shipments of any size or purchase total. You may order Rush Order handling during the checkout process.
DROP SHIPPING
We do not employ drop shipping. We stock all items we sell at Chocolate Aromatherapy and although it is possible that a shortage could theoretically occur, it is very unlikely you will ever encounter a back order when ordering from us, unless you are ordering a large quantity of a particular product.
DAMAGE, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please inspect the condition of package and do not accept a shipment that shows signs of mishandling. Orders are packaged well by us and any claim for damage in transit would be made by you with USPS.
All orders placed must designate an actual street address. Post office box numbers will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to see that you give us correct shipping information and that circumstances are conducive to delivery. You will be responsible for all ordinary and extraordinary charges for shipments returned to us.
